Hi Everyone,

Since we've grown a lot and attendance has grown a lot since last year, it was time to graduate from spreadsheets to real software.  It's open source, so if there area any problems, not only might a technical person be able to fix it, but the authors are probably a lot more accessible and fixes can be rolled out much more quickly.
