Hi Everyone,

Since we've grown by about an order of magnitude since last year, it was time to graduate from spreadsheets to real software.  It's open source, so if there area any problems, not only might a technical person be able to fix it, but the authors are probably a lot more accessible and fixes can be rolled out much more quickly.
